The levels of hydrogen-ions in the body fluids are measured by something known as pH, also known as “potential hydrogen.” The pH scale varies from 0 to 14. If your body fluids have higher pH levels it means they have more oxygen and are more alkaline.
Opposite of this, if your body fluids are lower in pH, it means they have less oxygen and more acids. In case you want to keep the normal levels of pH, 7.0 is considered the neutral level.

"Avoid GMO Foods: no GMO foods should be on your menu-ever. They contain high levels of toxins and chemicals which make the body even more acidic."
ReplyDeleteThat paragraph alone makes the whole piece something I think people should not pay too much attention to. There are several other flaws in it too, even with my limited understanding of biology and pathology.
