Attracting young talents to #STEM subjects and encouraging them to pursue careers in #engineering is important in order to guarantee future innovation. As there is a gender gap in this field, e.g. only 18-20 per cent of engineering students at US colleges are women, there is a need for strong figures to attract new talents.
