    Meyer lemons are fantastic - less acidic than the normal sort, very juicy and with thinner skin. I gave my California brother a small Meyer lemon tree 7 or 8 years ago, and it's grown and bears so well that he now ships me 10 lbs of ripe lemons every Christmas. (I juice them and freeze the juice in ice cube trays for use all year long).
