I have not resized images to fit or done any of the "finishing touches" I would do for one of my other blogs. I think there are over 1,000 posts going back to the beginning of the community, but I have not confirmed that figure. At least some comments have been included.
This is offered to you as a learning resource and should give you a good idea of the Exporter results you might have to refine for yourself if you use G+Exporter [ http://bit.ly/GooglePlusExporter ] to retrieve your data. All I did was add "Search this Blog" and "Labels" to the standard basic sidebar. Hope you will find it useful!
