    Fake photo. The Aral Sea would not have had a ship that size in it, let alone from Exxon. See: https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS549US551&espv=2&biw=1254&bih=707&tbm=isch&q=aral+sea+boats

    And no pictures of the dry sea bed show dunes that large and vast.

    The disaster of the sea's disappearance is real, however.
